Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. Liora has no accounts and no servers that hold your health data. If you delete the app, your data is deleted too — so consider exporting a CSV backup first (Settings → Export).

Will my data sync to a new phone?

Not automatically in this version — that’s the trade-off for full privacy. You can move your data with a CSV export, or connect Apple Health so your cycle history lives in Health. Optional private iCloud backup is planned for a future update.

Can I use Liora for birth control?

No. Liora is a wellness app, not a contraceptive, and its fertile-window estimates can be inaccurate. Please don’t rely on it to prevent or achieve pregnancy, and talk to your doctor about contraception.

How do I manage or cancel Liora Plus?

Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. There you can change or cancel anytime. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

How do reminders and widgets work?

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device (Liora never sends notifications from a server). Add widgets from your Home Screen to see your cycle day at a glance.
